Nothing on this site can be bought automatically. Listings are an invitation to enquire, not an offer. A sale exists only once we have confirmed availability and price in writing and you have accepted it.

Payment

Payment can be made via credit or debit card via payment link or invoice, which will be sent through via email. Items are reserved once payment has cleared, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Condition

Every pre-owned item is graded fair, good or excellent, and excess stock is described as new. The grades are defined on our condition guide. Pre-owned furniture is sold as seen with the wear described for its grade. If you would like more detail or photographs of a specific item before buying, ask and we will send them.

Stock

Stock is one-off and fast-moving. Until we confirm an item in writing, we cannot guarantee it is still available, even if it still appears on the site.

Delivery and collection

Deliveries can be made across mainland UK, or collection can be arranged from our Bailsdon warehouse by arrangement for most items. Delivery is quoted per order. Lead times are estimates given in good faith. More on delivery and collection.

Returns

Returns policy to confirm Consumers buying at distance normally have statutory cancellation rights, and business buyers usually do not. We have left this section for Find Me the Original to set out its actual policy, including who pays return carriage — please send us the wording.

Brand names used on this site identify the original manufacturer of the piece described. They are the trade marks of their respective owners. We sell genuine original products; we are not an authorised dealer for those brands.
