Condition guide
Our collection is a mix of showroom display, excess stock, ex-demo and refurbished products. The excess stock products are new, and the rest of the products range in condition from fair to excellent. Here is exactly what each grade means.
New
NewIn original packaging. Usually from excess stock or cancelled orders.
Excellent
ExcellentMay have some barely visible blemishes or scratches which are very hard to see
Good
GoodBetter than fair. May have a few blemishes or small scratches
Fair
FairFunctioning product with some visible flaws which may include scratches. But still with lots of life left in it!
