Find Me the Original sells original designer furniture at findmetheoriginal.com. For any question about your data, contact us at info@findmetheoriginal.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and delivery postcode, along with the message you write and the page you sent it from. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote delivery, and if you decide to buy, to send you a payment link or an invoice. That is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us a question, and where a sale follows, the performance of a contract with you.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored in the system that runs this website so that we can read and reply to it. We use a delivery partner when we ship to you, and a payment provider when you pay by card. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you made an enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are kept while they are still useful and then deleted. Records relating to an actual sale are kept for as long as UK accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
